About

Christopher Hudson is a global HR executive, speaker, and creator of two original frameworks (The Cultural Microsphere™ and the Human Readiness for AI Adoption Model) built around a singular belief that culture and people readiness are the deciding factors in whether AI adoption succeeds or fails.

He has led HR and IT functions across global organizations, guiding teams through M&A, private equity transitions, and rapid growth. That experience is what grounds his talks — he speaks from the work, not about it.

Christopher's sessions give audiences a way to think about AI that goes beyond tools and technology. He helps leaders see culture as a measurable asset, understand what human readiness actually looks like in practice, and walk away with something they can act on.

LogicON 2025 – Featured Panelist
AI’s Ripple Effect Across the Org Chart
October 2025 | Columbus, Ohio

Christopher Hudson joined a main-stage panel exploring how AI transforms organizational workflows, decision-making, and culture. During the session, he introduced the concept of “workslop” — AI-generated content that looks productive but creates downstream inefficiency when humans must rework it.

Logically’s official conference recap highlighted the moment as a defining takeaway:

“By the end of the session, workslop had become the buzzword of LogicON 2025—shorthand for what happens when AI leads the workflow instead of supporting it. The crowd’s reaction was equal parts laughter and relief: someone had finally named the invisible burden many teams feel.”
